CLEVELAND—Ohio’s most prominent advocates for civil liberties and disability rights are hosting an event highlighting the importance of mental health in current efforts for police reform in Cleveland.
CLEVELAND—Today, the ACLU of Ohio voiced its support for the Fresh Start Act, a statute initiative that will expunge the records of people convicted of marijuana-related crimes once State Issue 3 has passed, according to Executive Director Christine Link.
