ACLU Backs Fresh Start Act to Expunge Marijuana Offenses

CLEVELAND—Today, the ACLU of Ohio voiced its support for the Fresh Start Act, a statute initiative that will expunge the records of people convicted of marijuana-related crimes once State Issue 3 has passed, according to Executive Director Christine Link.
