Our Take on This Bill
While the ACLU of Ohio opposes HB 194, it is already in the hands of voters to uphold or reject in the November 2012 election. The government’s responsibility to heed the will of the people at the polls is central to our democracy, and we oppose this effort that works to circumvent that process.
