Kevin acted as ACLU of Ohio legal director from 1991 to 1995 and served as a volunteer attorney both before and after his tenure as legal director.
August 14, 2013Rich Saphire was interviewed on August 12, 2013 in Dayton, Ohio by Emily Wicks as a part of our Oral History Project. Rich has served as a board member and volunteer attorney since the late 1970s. He acted as the board’s vice president from 1980 to 1981 and again from 1983 to 1986.
